Blaine Interiors worked with a local developer to transform this new build into a bright, functional, and inviting family area. The kitchen, utility room, and sociable lounge/dining area are seamlessly connected.

The gloss polar white door will enhance the way light bounces around the room, and create a very bright living area. The Desert Silver Silestone worktops and black sparkle glass splashback add a touch of modern luxury. Our goal was to create a space that would enhance the property’s appeal and provide a timeless and elegant design for future homeowners.

The Hacker Concept 130 Top Brilliant range, utilises fingerprint-proof technology making this kitchen easy to keep clean. With this technology it will be hard for little finger prints to show up, The handles-less approach delivers a seamless design, ensuring clean lines and a sophisticated look. The matching Polar White handleless rail enhances the kitchen’s streamlined appearance.

A stylish coffee/gin bar area, featuring the natural vintage oak door as a focal point between larder units, is complemented by an integrated wine cooler, catering to modern lifestyle needs. A custom-designed TV sideboard, made with matching materials, provides both concealed storage for media devices and open display space for decorative items.

The design emphasises an openness, light, and airy feel throughout the three spaces, promoting a sense of unity and tranquillity. This brightness and openness are only amplified with the large bi-folds that the client has installed.

Subtle lighting within the black open display boxes allows for customizable mood settings, perfect for evening ambience.

To continue the luxurious German feel throughout the kitchen we incorporated high-quality Neff appliances throughout the kitchen. A Neff Hide and Slide oven is not only a product of prestige but a product that promotes safety in the kitchen with the door sliding away underneath the appliance. The Blanco sink and Blaupunkt wine cooler ensure optimal performance and reliability with products that have been tried and tested to survive the trials and tribulations of family life.
